Likely causes

The driver for the shared printer isn't installed on the PC.
Since the August 2021 PrintNightmare updates, only administrators can install printer drivers through Point and Print by default, so a standard user can't pull the driver.

Have an administrator connect the printer once on that PC, or install the driver from the printer maker. After the driver is present, standard users can connect.
For many PCs, admins should pre-install the approved driver with your management tool (Intune, Group Policy, Configuration Manager) instead of relying on Point and Print.
Keep RestrictDriverInstallationToAdministrators at its secure default of 1. Microsoft says no other combination of settings is as safe as leaving it on.
