It is Friday. How was your week? The ticket that made no sense, the outage that turned out to be one unplugged cable, the fix you found at 4:58, or the one that got away.
Keep it anonymous: change names, and leave out anything that identifies a company, a customer or a colleague. The best stories are about the problem, not the person.
If you learned something the rest of us should know, say what fixed it.
